Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer support team within 30 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the product to begin the return or exchange process.
Receive Authorization
Once your request is approved, we will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed shipping instructions to ensure your blinds are tracked correctly.
Secure Packaging
Carefully repack your blinds in their original packaging, including all mounting hardware and the RMA slip, to prevent damage during transit back to our facility.
Refund or Replacement
After our quality control team inspects the returned items, we will process your full refund or ship out your newly adjusted custom blinds within 7-10 business days.
